「No Breakfast」

「Bad experience would like to share when the manner of general manager was not good. Otherwise, the room did not provided refrigerator and the safe was out of order.」

「Hotel stay was okay for one night (but not much better). Older hotel in need of upgrade and repairs. Bathroom countertop broken and taps difficult to turn off. Breakfast was vouchers for fast food at the highway rest stop (and was only accepted as some (not all) vendors in the food fair. As foreign travellers we did not underestand that this hotel was located at the rest stop for a toll highway. ... Will give Days Inn by Wyndham a pass next time, as this is similar to our previous...

「Dog friendly, helpful staff great for an overnight break on a long journey ( both ways!) Easy access from the M6 making a break from motorway driving. Penkridge is a really interesting place to stay and take a break on a long journey. Very welcoming villager and quiet away from the main road. However the pub is a little noisy at night ( we stayed on a hot summers night!)」

「Very tired and In need of refurbishment , blocked sink, no door handle on the bathroom door, no remote for the TV, cigarette stub left on the carpet, carpet had stains, only 2 pillows provided and were flat, window closed and still allowed breeze to come in. A very unpleasant stay, we left in the evening to stay at another hotel」

「Absolutely seamless from booking to leaving. Great communication from manager Jay. Be aware that there is only 2 parking spaces on the front of the property, but on street parking is available. Room and kitchen were clean and tidy. Great place to stay would thoroughly recommend. The Alma Inn public house is a 7 minute drive away, it has an Indian restaurant attached to the pub, highly recommend the food, great selection and choice.」

「Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.」

「Stayed here during the summer, breakfast was great, we were given a menu and a choice of continental selection. Breakfast cooked fresh so we booked again. Sadly this time we were greeted with a breakfast buffet which wasnt the same. Therefore we would not be in a rush back, hopefully the cook will ge brought back 」
