"Pousada bem simples, optamos pela hospedagem por ser pet friendly. Algumas áreas comuns precisam ser reformadas urgentemente, estão em condições bem precárias. Pedimos para antecipar o café da manhã, pois eu e meu marido íamos participar de uma prova de corrida bem cedo, assim como pelo menos outros 8 hóspedes e eles não nos atenderam. Disseram que não seria possível. Se tiver algum pedido específico, sugiro recomendar com eles a possibilidade de atender antes de fechar a reserva. "

"White marble floors in the lobby. Staff eager to please. Quiet room (31) away from the sidewalk. My only criticism is that they need to replace the plastic flowers with live plants, and I suggest that they paint the faded room doors in baby blue. The hand rail going down from the second floor to the first floor (third to second, in the U.S.) needs to be secured. Overall, excellent value for the money, smack dab in the middle of town on top of the mountain."

"Achei o Hotel uma delícia, a comida maravilhosa em todas as refeições, o pessoal que trabalha no Hotel estão sempre dispostos a ajudar, sempre sorridentes, impecáveis! A única coisa que tenho a reclamar, é que deixam a piscina infantil muito suja, precisa urgente de uma mega limpeza, no dia de ir embora ela estava verde e com espuma "
