Staff was excellent, very attentive! Location of the hotel wasn’t the best. Halls were a little creepy since the light would turn on one by one as you walk by, like in a horror movie, breakfast was delicious, parking was paid, which is weird since it’s not a downtown location with limited parking… All in all a good bang for the buck.

Most of what they offer was very good! Not just Good, but not excellent... The smal refrigerator did not work good. Milk we bought spoiled in 2 days... But Overall is was a very good stay!

Lobby was extremely hot, they don’t turn on the AC. My room wasn’t ready until 3pm even though the check in time is at 2pm, they said bed sheets were arriving late and made me wait in the lobby with no air conditioning.

Equipe super simpática, com rapido atendimento. Fiquei só uma noite com a minha esposa então avaliei poucas coisas. Quanto à estrutura, é um hotel ultrapassado mas ok. Típico hotel para viagens curtas a trabalho. No entanto, a cama é péssima, dura, desconfortável. E os travesseiros são piores ainda. Pareciam folhas de papel de tão finos e não haviam outras opções ali no quarto. Tanto eu como a minha esposa dormimos extremamente mal. No mais, hotel bom, com um bom café da manhã, e local super silencioso.

Não foi tão bom como eu esperava.

O atendimento foi muito cortês. Infelizmente faltou água por 10h e acabei perdendo parte dos compromissos que havia planejado por conta de não ter conseguido tomar banho e não havia um plano para ajudar os hóspedes. Precisei comprar água para jogar na descarga pois o hotel não tinha como ajudar. Outro ponto que achei negativo foi o fato de o hotel ser todo 220v e não haver um transformador disponível para me emprestar.
