The property looks even better than the pictures. The rooms are spacious and the service is quick. Any problems we had were resolved right away. The staff was kind and made the stay even better. I didn’t want to leave, honestly. Definitely will be back.

The only problem I had was that the hotel didn't want to extend a receipt or invoice because I had made the recervation threw Expedia. I am hoping Expedia can extend a receipt or invoice, since I needed it for work

Adorei minha estadia! A equipe é muito educada e solicita! O quarto estava bem limpo e organizado e apesar do hotel estar localizado ao lado de uma avenida movimentada, nao tivemos problemas com barulho! O chuveiro é maravilhoso, assim como o cafe da manhã. Espero poder me hospedar mais vezes nesse hotel :) aah, e na parte da recepção tem um "mercadinho" que facilitou nossa estadia também, muito bom.

Muito bom hotel. Local central, próximo ao parque da água Branca, Allianz Parque, Elevado West Plaza e Bourbon. Prédio antigo, mas bem remodelado. Quarto grande, bom banheiro, e boa cama. Serviço muito bom e pessoal competente simpáticos. Café da manhã muito bom e completo. Tem estacionamento e manobrista e a preço adequado. Tem um rooftop interessante para um drink à noite.

Falta um ponto pra ficar perfeito!

Sempre quando vou a SP fico nesse hotel. Todos os funcionários são excelentes. O quarto é confortável. Banheiro amplo. O único ponto que decepciona é o café da manhã. Tirando o queijo, presunto e ovo, não há mais opção de proteína.

Ótimo hotel

Destaque para o atendimento do hotel. Todos os funcionários foram muito gentis e solicitos. O ambiente é agradável e moderno. Café da manhã padrão de hotel, mas tudo estava muito bom. Bar de snacks bem montado e com preços justos. Localização boa para quem vai a eventos no Allianz Parque (20 minutos a pé em avenida movimentada). Único ponto de melhoria: a cortina automática do quarto estava danificada, então não era muito funcional, tivemos que puxar, para descer. O secador do quarto estragou, mas forneceram na recepção sem problema.
