「When we checked in we had a hand towel and a washcloth. There were long black hairs all over the bed. Spots on the sheets and not well made. Looked like sheets hadn't been changed for a week. I asked for bath towels and they said laundry would do some in the morning. My husband showered using hand towel and the tub was plugged and long black hairs came out of drain. I again asked for towels 2 more times and was told there wasn't any. There was only decaf coffee available. I laid down on...

「Bathroom bathtub gross, all mirrors cloudy and smeared i cleaned part of the bathroom mirror so I could see.myself. keurig very gross dirty backsplash ledge in bathroom never gets cleaned. Even after someone supposedly recleaned everything. Everything was still gross. Will i ever stay at this place again. Absolutely not」

「Immediately upon checking in I was overwhelmed with the smell of Marijuana. The clerk didn't seem to care when I complained about it. The lobby was filthy, second floor was worse. No trash can in my room. My personal queen size pillow was stolen by housekeeping and was never replaced. All in all a horrible experience and place to stay. I would not recommend it to anyone.」

「We received a last minute room substitution at this property because we were overbooked at our chosen property. Courtyard room was very clean but you could hear every toilet flush all night long. There was also no free breakfast. You could purchase breakfast at their bistro starting at $15 per person. 」
