Breakfast was good. I was told at check en to ask for a cleaning to the room I did and was told I should have as the night before. so did not get it. We stayed Thursday to Tuesday. You have to ask for towels daily. As well as any coffee cups extra in the room. Unless you have kids for water park not worth it.

We chose this hotel because it seemed family friendly and has a waterpark attached to it. It is not family friendly. We came with twin 1 year olds and our 2 year old daughter. At 8:30pm on a Saturday night, we got a call from the front desk about a noise complaint saying our toddlers were running in our ROOM too loudly. At 8:30, on a Saturday, at a resort who’s selling point is catering to family’s with a waterpark. When I explained to the front desk it was 1 year olds, I was told to keep it down. Not staying again.
