「The hot tub had a huge black ring around the edges, not clean - would not even go in it - my first room the tub spout had been worked on but had like a 3 in piece of threaded pipe sticking out of the tub - with the spout screwed onto it - the water was running and could not be turned off and the refigerator made so much noise I had to turn if off to listen to the TV over all the hotel wreaked of old dirty carpet and mold - - The staff did give me a new room but that one the toilet handle stuck...

「 I have a delivery team in Billings and they stay in that city 2 -3 days a week.I reserved the room thru Expedia and for some reason it came out under my name.The team got there and they were saying theres no reservation on file so you need to pay.I spoke with the recepcionist and told Her look under my drivers name or my self .No were to be found at this point there tired and want to get some rest .I had to get a hold of Expedia to hanlde this deal.I even told the lady it doesnt matter whos...

「Very nice property. The rooms are on the smaller side, but everything was spotless which is very important to me! The breakfast was quite good and the staff was helpful and very friendly. Would definitely stay again!」

「Well lit parking. Nice staff. Clean room. The motel info/directory said free breakfast is available next door. Staff said new owners discontinued that amenity. The poor desk clerks are getting chewed out over the change.」
