「The hotel was in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The pool was warm and clean, and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「My only 2 gripes are, you can’t just walk in. It was nice that they didn’t leave you out in the cold and rain but to get all the way in, so as to “check in”, you had to grt someone’s attention. I am sure that this is meant for security but it was a bit of a shock seeing that I was unaware before arriving. The second gripe is that the person “booking” the room has to be present for the check in. This is very inconvenient. I drove there through crappy weather because the attendant had to “see”...
