"Front desk staff excellent, automated reservation poor. Other than that, stay was great. Next time I’m looking for accommodation in Kingston I’ll phone Donald Gordon centre first."

"The only thing that retracted from a otherwise good stay, was the noise from doors slamming shut at all hours. Management should look at tightening the door control arms so that the doors close softly and controlled."

"The one side is undergoing Reno’s. Ground floor had ant problems in multiple rooms. Both my mom and my room had an issue with ants crawling all over the bed/room. The middle hotel with the pool is nice and upgraded. Bottom floor patio doors not very secure. "

"Hotel door & jam was damaged which made opening & closing tougher than it needed to be. Elevator location not conveniently located. Had to use stairs. Strong pot odour"

"Newly renovated spacious rooms with comfortable beds. There is a sink in the bathroom and a sink outside the bathroom that made getting ready for our event so much easier. The staff is friendly and rooms were very clean! They are in the process of renovating the old staircase. We were pleasantly surprised by the room!"
