「太熱! 沒有風扇，沒有冷氣，小型雪櫃也沒有! 而且偏遠，去最近的超級市場要駕駛十分鐘才到，不太方便。四周沒有什麼特別去處，荷蘭朋友和我都感到悶熱和失望，我們提前一晚退房。真感掃興!」

When we thought that we'd left something behind, all email responses were quick and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to food, activities, and the cruise ship pier.」

「staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!」
