Wij logeerden 2 nachten in het Gouden Hooft. Wat ik wel raar vond voor zo’n gerenomeerd hotel, dat ons bed niet werd opgemaakt. Dat is toch wel het minste. Verder super aardig personeel, niets is teveel. Ontbijt is ook meer dan uitstekend verzorgd.

Es war wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet allerdings sind einem aufgefallen schon viele kleinigkeiten aufgefallen, wie zb der heizungskasten der nicht richtig an der wand befestigt war oder am Nachttisch starke beschädigungen waren.. es war trotzdem sehr schön aber schaut man ins detail, fällt einem viel auf was nicht perfekt ist

unforgettable stay in this hotel which has a wonderful restaurent and bar . but only inconvenience is a little bite noisy in the mid-night up to 3 even 4 o'clock from the bar.

Kind of an unusual set up. This hotel is above a restaurant and you actually walk through a kitchen section to get to the elevator. That being said, the room (also unusual) was well appointed and comfortable and directly in the heart of The Hague. The man that checked us in and carried my very heavy suitcase up the stairs was great and quite helpful. The only real issue we had is the parking which is public and off site.

The night I got there, there was a very loud band or karaoke event that went until 2pm The shower did not work and there are only 9 rooms; no 24 hr room sevice The morning breakfast left much to be desired Even though I had already paid for six days I moved to the Hilton the 2nd day and was very pleased there at 1/2 the price

Full pott!

Ett väldigt trevligt litet hotell (10 rum om jag minns rätt) i centrala Haag som har sin restaurang som huvudverksamhet. Jag trillade in lördag kväll och stämningen var på topp i restaurangen. Det var liveunderhållning med en tjej som sjöng live bland gästerna. Ingen lugn och stillsam middag, men mycket trevligt. Personalen fixade nyckelkortet till rummet under tiden jag åt middag. Det var som sagt lördagkväll och det var lite livat både på hotellet och utanför. Jag bodde längst upp och det var en del ljud även där, men inte så jag tycker det störde. Men vill man ha knäpptyst kanske man ska välja ett annat hotell på helgen. Frukosten öppnar 8:30, men det var inga problem att bli serverad tidigare. Riktigt bra bordsserverad frukost! Utcheckningen var lika smidig som incheckningen. Servitören tog hand om mitt nyckelkort under tiden jag åt frukost. Mycket trevlig personal med personlig service. Jag kommer absolut på här igen om jag återvänder till Haag.

Luxe hotel midden in centrum

Super luxe hotel in oud pand! Midden in het centrum en daardoor wat gehorig, maar dat stoorde ons niet zo. Op foto leek het of we groter bubbelbad hadden, even goed kijken dus welke kamer je boekt. Je mag alles pakken uit de minibar en ontbijt was heerlijk! Je mag echt niet voor 15 inchecken, wij waren half uurtje eerder. Daar doen de meeste hotels niet zo moeilijk over. Enige minpuntje dus.

Disappointing

The hotel doesn't feel like being in a hotel. The lift to the bedrooms was right next to the kitchen door which when you passed it flew open. At one point when the kitchen door opened we seen a member doing a personal act which was quite offputting. Also there is no bar service after 12 midnight, usually there is a night porter on duty and you can have a couple of drinks in the comfort of a bar. The staff did not know that we were actually staying in the hotel, lost count of the number of times staff asked us where we were going or are you staying here!! Didn't like the open shower/bath area and a very small toilet with a wonky toilet seat.
