「Beautiful and exceptional stay in Rotterdam. We booked right after the opening, therefore everything is completely new, clean, modern, and well thought-through. The staff was overly friendly and kind, great service! I never stayed at a hotel this perfect. Can absolutely recommend - especially now while the prices are still low compared to what you get for your money. 」

「It's located at the centre of Rotterdam so the shopping area is in walking distance. We stayed at The James on the King's day. Though there were lots parties going on till very late, but room was soundproofed so we still have a good sleep! 」

「为什么在hotel上面订的，不能在酒店前台得到发票。连续住了两个周，感觉地面没有及时清扫。早餐明细也不清楚，我都不知道自己是哪天吃的早餐」

「The overall of the hotel is great and highly recommended. The only thing need to improve is: shampoo, show gel and hand wash were 3 in 1 and they had been used by previous customer and no one to re-fill whatever in the shower room or the hand wash place outside the toilet. Therefore, please prepare your shower gel and shampoo if you going to choose the hotel.」
