「The front desk are very nice and kind, the location of the hotel is near to the station, within 5 mins walk. The only issue is the sink is blocked up and the water can’t go down. 」

The heater of Room 356 was broken so I slept at very cold temperature even I was told they have central air conditioning system. Then the shower was broken. 「Great experience in the heart of Eindhoven. B&B experience, enjoyed meeting the owner. We checked in after 8PM no problem. Comfortable large room with a loft (!), and lots of books. Noon checkout was very convenient. Will definitely stay there again when I return.」

「I stayed in this hotel couple times and this time really pissed us off. The cleaners went to the room and didn’t finish the job and didn’t take the trash away. We ordered taxis and non of them arrived and the taxis they called for same trip could cost from 15-35 Euro difference. 😡 the front desk can’t answer simple questions and they don’t even apologize for not ordering taxis for us. We will Never stay in this hotel again! 」
