It was very convenient to take a MRT to and from main business centers in Kowloon and Hongkong with the hotel’s shuttle services between the hotel and the MRT station running every 30 minutes. Hope that the airport shuttle service runs more frequently, maybe every 30 minutes.

Possibly a culture difference- but very little available after 10pm which seemed odd for an airport hotel - no bar open, very limited room service etc - even though services advertised as longer opening not available

Room wasn’t very clean - there was coffee stain on the bedside table and also on the floor. It was quite dusty. Telephone doesn’t work which I had to go to the reception to get it fixed. The phone number (landline number) provided did not work. Towels were old. Location was good, AC functioning
