Friendly staff that were happy to help. However our stay was not a good one. Lots of external noise during my stay. Room very basic and curtains did not fully cover the windows. I was not informed of roadworks that commenced during the stay. Had a laundry collection with trolleys being loaded and unloaded at 5AM for almost an hour one of the mornings.

Emailed hotel requesting a twin room, did not even get response, got a double room! Location was perfect for me as we were there for one night and were meeting friends that were staying 4 mins walk away. Felt the price was a bit steep for what it offered, looked quite dated and there was quite a bit of dust in the room (sockets, noticed as i plugged my phone to charge, wasnt looking for it). Interior/entrance quite unwelcoming and needs a lick of paint. It did the job for me as i needed location, but quite steep in price with no real facilities...stayed on Saturday night so it was not a good night sleep as i could hear the music (until the early hours) from what i assumed was a club near by.

Great hotel, fantastic location

This is a great little hotel in a fantastic location, just a very short walk to the bars & clubs that Eindhoven offers. The reception staff were also absolutely top notch. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Visit for 4 Friends

Helpful reception staff upon arriving at the hotel. Clean and comfortable room with air conditioning. Although central and near the thriving student area of Eindhoven, no noise could be hard from the room.

The location of the hotel is very, very good, near the central zone. The cleaning isn't good, the hygiene conditions leave much to be desired, the rooms are not well insulated from each other, the furniture in the room is dirty and damaged.

I was there with my family and at check-out my husband left his watch in the room. After 20-30 Min. We called to ask about the watch and we were 100% sure it was in the room. They told us that there is no watch in the room. So take care of your stuff, the people there are not trustworthy. Something else that bothered us was the bathroom. It was dirty and there was mold. Never again.

The staffs were so kind. But the room was not clean. It had some stains on a mirror of the bathroom. I asked if we could change the room, they gave us another room right away. They offered us free coffee because they felt sorry.
