The room was clean and comfortable, but had a “foot” smell, (have noticed this on prior stays)-a deep clean of the carpets may be in order. We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue. 「Didn’t like nothing about it!!! Had to move rooms in middle of night cuz the children of the place kept slamming the outside doors open and closed!!! Moved room then my 2 yr old had found two different types of pills in her pull out bed!!! Had to keep asking for towels and other room services to be done!!!」

「They initially had us in a 2nd floor room, but we're able to switch to ground floor room as I can't do the stairs. In that regard they were very accommodating. The bedding and towels were very clean, but the floor was filthy and the soap/shampoo/conditioner containers empty. I notified the front desk who said they would tell housekeeping. No problem as they were not expecting to put us in that room. But after 4 days...floor still filthy, no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Also weird that...

「Beautiful Hotel! We had a suite and it was so comfortable. Only complaint is shower very small but it had a huge jet tub. Overall very happy with everything. Restaurants in walking distance plus their on-site restaurant Char. We dined at Ciao which was around tge corner and highly recommend it.」
