「Friendly staff. A special shout out to Ben who cleaned our room just as we wanted. He was friendly, accommodating and efficient. A different front desk person every day of our six night stay. Not a problem, just a curiousity. Always clean and uncluttered lobby and hallways. Complimentary breakfast was generous even though some of the hot entree choices were a mystery. Generous towels in guest bathroom. 」

「This place is just incredible. Grand Hotel is such a fitting name. It truly is GRAND. If you stay here, make sure you plan on some time just to enjoy the property itself. Bring a deck of cards and play in one of the many gorgeous spaces- near the fireplace, lobby, or even the amazing courtyard!!! Kids said it was the best pool and hot tub ever! Breakfast even for vegetarians was wonderful, and the room had ample sleeping space for grandparents, kids, and me (6 of us total slept comfortably)!!...

「This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in recent memory. Clean, quiet, updated. I wish I was able to stay longer and not just there to catch a flight the next morning. Free airport shuttle! 」

「Comfortable room. Very clean, nice firm mattress. Went down to breakfast but didn’t stay. Buffet area way to small, so crowded, eggs, muffins, yogurt had not been replenished. Seems like staff should be prepared on a Saturday」
