「Very nice location and great staff」

「The pictures of this property/rooms are not accurate. We booked for our honeymoon, during our 3 days in Sedona. Worst mistake ever, the bed was hard as a rock and felt like sleeping on a fold out bed. The room was dirty, the rug in there is disgusting and while I understand not everything can be fully cleaned in between guests but that thing needs to be at least carpet cleaned once a month, my socks were covered in hair. The robes in the room were very clearly left and not switched to new ones...

「Wonderful experiences. Smile, nice receiver, clean room, convenience location. every things is fine. That is high cp hotel. :)」

「Very good experience~all my family love it!」
