「There was a sprinkler malfunction overnight causing the fire alarms to go off and something to beep outside our room all night. They also had to shut off the water in the middle of the night to keep the sprinklers from going off in everyone's room. Given the maintenance issues that were ongoing, the staff was amazing and did everything they could to accommodate the guests and cause as little inconvenience as possible but it was still really hard to sleep so I couldn't give it 5 stars. 「Staff was friendly. I just wasnt happy that I did pay at property and they tried to run my card before my arrival. Also if your hotel is under construction and not all amenities are available it should be listed as so! Also the construction crew took up most of the parking which was very rude in my opnion.」

「Love having a suite with separate bedroom and living/kitchen area! Needs a remodeling (stained hallway carpets) and especially a plumbing update (leaking shower in swimming pool area, that caused the wall to be soaked; the bedroom shower faucet has a tiny leak). Breakfast is average but adequate. Very clean bedroom and facilities and the swimming pool is very clean! Management is very responsive when we asked for replacement of microwave and housekeeping requests. I will stay again as the price...
