"We had a wonderful stay at The Leela Mumbai. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and customer-friendly. We were also delighted to receive an upgrade to a pool-view room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight—the Sous Chef, Mr. Vishwajit Chavan, and the restaurant manager personally came over to greet us, and the chef kindly prepared a few special dishes for us, including delicious moong daal halwa. That personal touch made the experience especially memorable. Excellent hospitality throughout, and we would happily stay here again."

"Check-in took a long time. Staff seemed helpless/clueless. Long queues at all the check-in counters. Room keys were handed over nearly 2 hours after their check-in start time Everything else after, was good"
