「We loved this place. Other people loved this place too. Super clean pools, hot tub, and rooms. Friendly staff and 10 minutes from Fort Knox. Would stay again if go back to that area!!」

「The room wasn’t cleaned except for the first day and even on that day, instead of giving new towels they just hung up the dirty towels as if they were putting up new ones. There were smalls stains on the sheets. The toilet had stains on the rim that were questionable. The breakfast options were very limited.」

「The was the wort stay we experience. Hands down for the staff she was very helpful but the hotel itself not up to any standards. We had to switch rooms 3 times and one had toilet that was overflowing after flushing. The Bathtub were nasty, they have no cribs whatsoever. We decided to skip breakfast because they were no way I was going to eat this place. The pool is down, the carpets were nasty and sticky. Lord no thank never again」

「Never seen an employee for my 2 days stay.please no breakfast don’t count on that but the place is independent all restaurants are walking distance.」

「Hilton properties are not what they used to be. This hotel and the staff are a good example of that. Very unfortunate.」

「Laundry machines were not working, we were staying for a few days to do sports, it would have been nice to clean the uniforms. First night there, several cars were broken into. Right in front of the main door. I was getting ready and watching for the police to respond and it took almost 2 hours for them the show up. Several people were late to the game. Even refs.」

「Breakfast was terrible, rooms have ants all over them and the front desk lady did not seem to care at all. Glad we were only there for one night」

「Unfortunately, I'm not good at remembering names but the lady that checked us in and was there all three nights was so very helpful and accommodating. They are going thru major renovations. The only complaint was the breakfast bar was lacking in selections. >」
