「The room had a mold smell and the curtain was ripped and i thought they came every day to switch towels and change bedding but tou have to call the front desk 24 hrs before so they know tou want tour room cleaned」

「Very clean. Shower in bad need of repair. Apparent mold in the junction of wall and tile floor. Shower and shampoo dispenser was torn off the wall. Shower was kind of icky; it needs attention. But… it was clean, other than that. The whole room was clean, other than that. 」

「We got a shock that our reservation was gone while we arrived at airport in the midnight! After checking around it was back but the reserved queens beds room was not available for the first night and we kept on asking for the following two nights instead of being informed. We took wrong shuttle because no info was given and this caused a very late check in. Anyway our stay was pleasant, the breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful, the indoor pool was unexpected warm which is exllent...
