"Front desk not helpful, discourteous. Possible short staff throughout the hotel. Room wasn’t ready . Housekeeping behind on cleaning rooms. Not enough parking forced to used valet.( although valet attendants very helpful and attentive) resort Accommodations very dated ( I believe they’re planning on renovating) . The pool area and overall grounds were inviting. The shop attendants very pleasant, bartender very good and informative. The coffee shop needs more attendants to be more efficient and timely. Overall , I wouldn’t stay there again."

There is an option to make s’mores for free at the fire pit which is great for kids. It is a great atmosphere there. Love that it is pet friendly! Our weekend stay was enjoyable and we will be returning. "
