「Parking was a bit tight but secure. Our parking pass was waiting on the doorway when we got in. We received a text early on telling us how to proceed. We had asked for an hour early checkin and were able to check in early. This check in was pretty seamless! 」

「Boggs Mansion was excellent! I was getting married so I stayed here the night before and the the night of my wedding and the staff was amazing!! He even was so kind to upgrade my room to a larger one so we could all get ready without any upcharge! They were so kind and willing to help with everything, made us feel so welcomed! The atmosphere of the mansion was so great I loved it!」

「The hotel was a perfect location, staff were nice and hotel was pretty clean. The bathroom in our room had used wash clothes hanging from the towel holder, but the bathroom itself was spotless. I think it was just an oversight. I called down and asked for towels and wash clothes to be replaced. We waited an hour, but had to leave due to tickets for a show. When we got back the new towels and wash clothes were just laying on the dirty floor outside the room. Not impressed by that. Otherwise,...

「The property is beautiful and everyone is super nice and helpful. They have a free shuttle to anywhere in the city which was an awesome convenience. 」

「Toilet seat was missing a screw and was loose and hanging. Bed was so old I felt like I was sleeping in a ditch . Tub stopper was broke so when you took a shower tub filled up - had to stick a plastic bottle in there to keep it open. Refrigerator ice maker was broken - NO ICE MAKERS ANYWHERE! Close to PNC is great but WON’T STAY HERE AGAIN ! 」

「Not clean. When you get off the elevator on the 6th floor you are met with a light blue chair that has stains on it. Clearly no deep cleaning happens in the hotel. I was very surprised. I assume they are severely understaffed and have poor management. Given the prices they charge this is terrible. I would not stay there again.」

「Great staff, lovely atmosphere, beautiful building. No denying this is a wonderful hotel!! Arguably the best Hotel Downtown… But the cracks are starting to show (literally). I hope the management spend their budgets looking after the place, when it’s gone it’s gone.」
