「This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed 」

「Clean, comfortable (great bed), super shower. Office staff all very friendly and helpful. Super location - restaurants and cafés (Philz Coffee) all just a short walk & shorter drive, short drive into "downtown" Walnut Creek. 」

「The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and assisted us with finding restaurants, shops, and wineries. They even went out of there way to double check the status of the antique stores they referred us to so we didn't waste anytime driving to shops that were no longer on business. Breakfast was so good and the woman working the counter while we were there was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.」
