"Getting your room cleaned was a chore. When we returned to our room at about 8:30 pm it had not been cleaned. We removed the "do not disturb" from approximately 9:30 - 11:30am same from 1:45-4:15pm and 5:15- 9:00. I called for service at 9:15 and again at 10:00 and they finally showed ay about 10:30. And the last call they said they would have the housekeeping manager call. That never happened."

"The hotel is remodeling which is great to see. It was very clean and convenient to get around property. Just don’t stay in any rooms ending in 37 or 39. If you do you will listen to the elevators going up and down all night. The staff will be happy to move you if you get assigned one of those rooms."
