"Overall, this hotel was an excellent choice and good value considering other offerings on the Strip. Really appreciated all the space in the room (full-sized kitchen complete with washer/dryer), for example. The pool area was very nice — had a “resort feel” to it. The gym was also well-equipped. We walked everywhere, including north up to the Arts District. My one caution to travellers is to beware of the staff who “greet” you upon arrival at the door — they will dupe you into a visit to the side area for a “welcome gift” (desks are to your right after you have completed your check-in at the main counter). I would caution you not to provide them with your information as they are just looking to add you to a solicitation list, which is intended for time share sales at the property. The “welcome gift” is literally a Las Vegas travel booklet, which you will find free all over town. In fact, my Uber driver had already given me one. The next day, they called my room with some fast-paced pitch about coming down for my “information session” to learn about time shares and to get some Hilton points. Unless you are the type of person who really likes Hilton points, then I would encourage you to avoid getting duped by all this, right off the bat, and to kindly request that you be removed from their solicitation list, or else they’ll keep calling you. I lost track of how many lost souls I saw getting toured around by an agent during my one-week stay. It went from amusing to simply sad."

"Overall, it was a good stay. Some areas of the floor and furniture were a bit dusty, and the shower booth floor was peeling, but otherwise no major issues. The tower room is much quieter than the pyramid, and elevator access is convenient for the times I come and go (7 AM and 9 PM). The best part was getting the best deal from Expedia compared to other sources. I will definitely book again."
