「Very clean. Needs a shelf to hold toiletries though in bathroom given no vanity. Very lovely to stay though. Well worth the money. 」

「Unit was below average for cleanliness, only 1 tea towel, not enough toilet paper and no dishcloths provided to wipe down surfaces. You could tell the staff were only there to get paid. (6 day stay) Activities for children with water slides fed and lovely pool for everyone. Clean bbq to use for free. Laundry facilities $6 per load. Need washing powder. 」

「Great location but this hotel feels quite dated and needs some maintenance. There is a mouldy smell in the always and the bathroom ceiling looks like it has mould. The room we stayed in needs a new fridge, there were no door racks so we couldn't use it. The apartment next to ours was having work done and it was super noisy, not the relaxing stay we were looking for. There are not enough car parks for the hotel and we had to park on the street.」

「I wasn't offered breakfast. Very very disappointing. The room was very clean and spacious. Inconvenient that there are no power points beside the bed, to charge phone. The pillows are way too high. Only suitable for back sleepers. There are no security screens on windows which is a deal breaker for next time. Wouldn't stay here again for that reason. Staff were ok. 」

「I was upgraded to a harbour view room in building one from a car park view - so that was very grateful. But I more looked at an overgrown tree that obscured any Harbour view. The first door in building one to my door was humid and wet. Rusty stain running down the door on the inside. Room was two twin beds pushed together, but side tables not rearranged space wise so obvious they had just pushed the beds together. Booked on Expedia so no daily servicing of the room. On first morning alarm...
