「Receptionist manner could be better. Not feeling welcome at all! Especially in a tourist town. Other than that hotel is good, nice and clean. There’s a free private grotto hot pool, make sure you reserve a time for it. Good view, clean and spacious!」

「We came to hike in the park and when we had a 100% rain and fog day, we were so happy to have such a comfortable home away from home for downtime. We stayed in one of the new cabins and it had everything we needed. The bonus was the resident cat Lucky who we met up with a few times during our stay. Thank you for providing such great acommodations in National Park Village.」
