Misleading Booking, Poor Customer Service – Would Not Recommend
I booked a three-bedroom apartment through Expedia for my family, clearly listed as suitable for four people. However, upon arrival, the receptionist claimed that my booking was “upgraded” to a one-bedroom unit with a better view – which is completely unacceptable, as the original room was significantly more expensive and meant to accommodate more people.
The staff was really calm and told me agin the one bed studio room had a nicer viewer although it was cheaper
The staff then argued that because I had selected “two travelers” online, I wasn't entitled to the three-bedroom apartment – even though the room clearly states it fits four guests. They insisted the room was only for two and refused to check us in unless I paid an extra for my child the receptionist said the child would use tower toilet paper etc
I had to argue with the staff at the front desk just to get the original room I had already paid for. This entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and felt like a scam to charge more money at check-in.
If you’re traveling with family or booking through third-party sites like Expedia, be very careful. This hotel clearly does not honor bookings properly and treats guests unfairly upon arrival.
