Just don’t count on accommodation if you have mobility issues. As soon as I booked I requested a ground floor room and we were put on the second floor in a building with no elevator. 「The resort needed more time to prepare for the opening of business. They could not accommodate the small number of guests that were there and everything was very limited for an all inclusive resort. They had challenges with the plumbing, lack of food, no entertainment and time management. I will Be reaching out to corporate to seek a refund for my stay. I DO NOT recommend staying here!
