「I loved my stay at the smoke lake hot springs ,staff we very helpful awsome hospitality rooms were very clean. The staff were very busy with there daily chaos but still had time to make sure all there customers were happy. I would strongly refer family and friends to stay there and will be booking in the future to stay there.」

「One of the best places i have stayed in New Zealand! Staff were amazing and very friendly. The best mattress - a proper mattress- ive had during my trip. The mattress was soft enough, not like a board, a full sized queen (not two singles pushed together) and was lower to the ground. Bathroom clean and tidy. Nice thick towels. 「I didn't realise we would be entering through a shared facility to our unit. This was a little confusing, although once I made contact with the manager, it was smooth entry from there. The unit was spotlessly clean and met all our needs. This facility would be great for large family trips where there is shared space and more private units also. I would recommend this and would definitely stay again.」

「Very nice motel, super friendly and helpful staff/hosts. Just something which should be considered- the property is located on very big busy street and some of the rooms are facing the street. It could get very noisy in the morning, so if you have problems with the noise just ask the staff for another room.」
