「The room is clean and the staff are helpful.」

「We stayed a couple of nights. Our room wasn’t Service so had to reuse our wet towels from the day before mould on the shower curtains thermal heated swimming pool wasn’t heated. Had to climb into bath to have a shower very slippery from not cleaning room service..no separate shower. TV signal kept dropping out so could not watch any TV. Mattress very worn … very disappointing for the cost we paid would not recommend this motel….」

「Great experience 」

「Very clean. Nice staff. Needs air con, only had a fan. They also have a no alcohol policy that is not advertised anywhere.」

「Really impressed with our stay at Quest Tauranga. The location was very convenient, and the rooms were modern, tidy and spotlessly clean. Great in-room amenities, including a lovely selection of teas. Everything was comfortable and well thought out. Would happily stay again.」

「The shared accommodation was atrocious, room was nasty and not well maintained, walls and floor were dirty. Room needs to be renovated so they'll take pride in keeping it clean. I definitely will not be back nor will I recommend that room to anyone」

「We had an excellent stay! The hotel was lovely, comfortable and conveniently located in the city. Everything was just right, and we really enjoyed our time here. The service was great, and the overall experience made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tauranga.」
