「A music concert was held in the garden opposite to the hotel with closure of road outside the hotel during my stay. Hotel operator had in advance communicated with the local police in that hotel guests with car could still drive into hotel garage with exemption. The arrangement was highly appreciated.」

「Room was immaculately presented along with daily room cleaning! We arrived after 10pm for a late check-in, and the lights in our room were left on so we could find it easy in the dark and rain. The property was well kept, plenty of parking, and we really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The bathroom is spacious and great, water pressure perfect. From booking to check out, staff were friendly and amazingly helpful, and we thank you dearly. We’ll be back if ever in Tauranga in the future! 10/10」

「Having arrived after 30hrs in the air and 2.5hrs drive from Auckland we could not have been happier with the Accomodation. From stepping into reception to be met with a friendly warm smile, to a clean, large studio apartment with everything we could need! 「Good location being so handy to the Mount township and the Little Big Markets. Spacious apartment with a direct view to the Mount although over rooftops.
