「Great location and very quite hotel, food was very good 」

「Though GPS directed our car to the tourist coach parking lot at the back, the hotel is just beside the motorway service centre with several restaurants in it. As customer of the hotel, we can buy £10 worth of coupon at £7.5 and the coupon can be used at nearby restaurant. The family room is also spacious, though the nearby gas station charges comparatively higher than other gas station 」

「Lovely hotel in quiet location. Second stay here. Food excellent, service friendly and down to earth. Will be back next year on route to France.」

「Clean hotel but a bit dated in decor. Corridors are sometimes confusing within the newer blocks added. Bathrooms clean, food excellent. Breakfast buffet well worth the £12 fee. NO air conditioning and rooms exposed to the sunny side are very warm. Fans provided but inadequate to cool the room. Would still visit again.」

「This guest house is our place of choice in Tunbridge Wells. It is family run, economically priced, and has always been convenient for us over many visits. They have also responded to special requests due to health issues. Thank you.」

「OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. Hope these...

「Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. 」
