"Two problems when I went to room reception said they would sort it but they never did We could not get the telly working we got two channels but could not make it work properly. When I told reception next day they said we should have rung down we were in Bed! Breakfast very good excellent staff . The pie for dinner disappointing. The dead daffodils on table still thrr we e at breakfast unnecessary "

"Didn't have( or ask) for a Beach/Sea view just a clean comfortable spacious room and that's what we got, Staff very courteous ,friendly and helpful ,stayed here before so knew beforehand what it would like"

"Easy to find, great that they had a car park. No real warmth of welcome. Checked in and the room was fine, it seemed clean, however when I went to get into bed, the bottom sheet had clearly not been changed (creased and a number of hairs on the sheet). I went to reception to explain the situation, I was asked if I wanted it changing - yes please. After waiting around for quite some time for the receptionist / night manager to find a sheet, it was then decided to swap my room. This room was fine - however upon check out, I was never ask how was my stay......I know hotels are under pressure as costs are considerably higher and it wasn't the most expensive hotel room in Llandudno, however it was how it was handled. I understand mistakes happen - if I had received an apology and acknowledgement and it had been handled differently then I might have returned as the second room was ok. However as there are lots of hotels to choose from I wont be returning, which is a shame as it's in a great location "

"Very comfy beds which we pushed together as no doubles left. Lovely breakfast. "

"Rather put off by the "rules of stay" as we checked in. No Children, no pets, no mobility scooters, no hot food in the room - to maintain cleanliness. Unfortunately, there was evidence of children in our room, hand prints on the wall. Walls had a number of what appeared to be coffee stains, and the light switch for the hedside light was mussing the actual swith allowing access to mains voltage!"
