"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "I was travelling with colleagues to a conference at the University of Vienna, and we were at the Imperial Riding School for 6 days. The hotel was beautiful and had many great features (pool, sauna, yoga room, exercise room, steam room, air conditioning, lovely rooms, very nice restaurant). We were a bit of a distance from the University, but trains were only a block away and came every few minutes. This also made it easy to get to shopping areas and attractions (even using a walker). As well, the trains went directly to the airport and also connected with trains to other cities (we went on to Munich). You wouldn't expect to get this much for such a reasonable price. "
