"The property itself is very nice and clean. No microwave in room but there is a coffee maker. Finding the room is extremely difficult, even with a GPS and Google Maps. We had to call the owner to find the place. There are two properties, Happy Trails East and West, so be clear about which one you reserve. When asked if breakfast is included, we found that it is served at one of the properties and it is $20.00 per person which we didn’t do because that’s extremely excessive and we have never been charged separately for breakfast at any other B&B where we’ve stayed. We got a very nice breakfast at a local restaurant for way less than $40.00!!"

I couldn’t believe the great deal I got for the room considering everything else around was at least 2 to 3 times more. I will definitely return and recommend it to all my friends and family."
