Hôtel très propre, personnel exceptionnellement accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus dès notre arrivée. Mes enfants ont adoré leur séjour et ne voulaient plus repartir ! Merci à toute l'équipe pour votre professionnalisme et votre gentillesse. "The hotel is well located and the staff is very courteous. Rooms were clean and I recommend having the sea view with balcony. Side note, I will advise against visiting Tangier in during peak season from mid July to end of August. Hard to enjoy your vacation when you are stuck in traffic for an hour to drive a couple of miles."

"The room had not been prepared for our children - we had to repeatedly ask to have the sofa bed done. The shower is only a trickle and sometimes completely goes off. The staff was very friendly and the hotels garden restaurant in the pool area was excellent with very friendly waiters . The pool was lovely and staff was friendly and helpful even when it was very busy. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of food. The main disappointment was that the room really Needed a proper refurb. The shower / bath were rusty and toilet paper holder fell off when I moved the toilet paper. Carpet coming off at the stairs etc. However, the hotel felt very safe and was fine for a short stay."

"This place was seriously fantastic! The views of the mountains were absolutely breathtaking, and it was so peaceful and quiet. The staff were super friendly, and the food was really good too, especially the breakfast we had at the hotel. We had a wonderful stay and would totally recommend it. It's definitely a first-class experience all around. The only problem is with the shower keeps switching up hot to cold"
