"The jacuzzi tub was a nice benefit. The bed was comfortable. The street noise was a bit loud on and off. I really dislike the curved shower rod, as I hit my head on it about every time I go to the bathroom. Very annoying for anyone over 75” tall. The staff was very accomodating. "

"We stayed at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco while attending a conference across the street at the Hyatt Regency and wanted to try something different. We were very pleased with the hotel. Our first room was comfortable, clean, and nicely sized, but it did not have enough storage space to unpack our clothes. We spoke with Sophie at the front desk, and she was wonderful. She helped move us to another room and upgraded us to a junior suite, which made a big difference. The new room was excellent, with plenty of storage and a very comfortable layout. The hotel was clean, convenient, and upscale, with a more classic and elegant feel than the Hyatt Regency across the street. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it."
