"The apartment was clean and ok, BUT italianway's organization was a nightmare! We went directly to the adress of the apartment, tried to call Italianway but there telephone line was busy for over 45 minutes and we couldn't talk to anyone. I checked there homepage, wrote an e-mail to their customer service telling that we were waiting in front of the apartmen.
