We had a really enjoyable stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Check-in was smooth, and any request we had was handled quickly and with a smile. One note for future guests: the surrounding neighborhood felt a bit unsafe at times, especially after dark. That's no reflection on the hotel, which felt secure and well kept, but it's worth being aware of when planning evenings out. We stuck to taxis at night and had no issues. The hotel itself was perfectly fine, and the team's helpfulness made up for any concerns about the area.

The hotel is a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful, The only reason I didn’t give this hotel a 5 is due to the smell in the bathroom, the sink counter was rusted and the entire room smelled old! Other than that it was clean, but old.

Highly recommended in every way. Charming and stylish boutique hotel. Great staff. Excellent breakfast. Charming courtyard - an oasis of tranquility after a day out in the big city. Very nice rooms & bathrooms. Tram stops nearby and easily walkable from Milano Centrale railway station. In short, I couldn’t fault it.
