"We recently stayed at this charming home which offered a unique experience. The house itself has an antique charm that isn't captured in the highly filtered and staged photos. The decor included religious pamphlets on each nightstand which added an interesting touch. The sleeping arrangements were fairly comfortable with the mattresses placed directly on the floor. "This hotel was awful. It was out dated, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, the walls and ceiling were peeling, you could feel the springs on the bed, the iron was super dirty and burned, there was a buzzing sound all the entire time we were there and throughout the night, the phone in the room didn’t work and neither did the controls on the AC. Most of the staff was ok, and no housekeeping after a certain time in the late afternoon/early evening or overnight. The site says breakfast to order, and that’s a lie. "
