「Dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, la température extérieure est de 3 degrés et le climatiseur de la chambre souffle de l'air froid ? La salle n'est pas aussi chaude que l'allée ! De plus, je suis un VIP de l'hôtel, je peux évidemment surclasser la chambre, mais la réception m'a dit que je ne pouvais vivre que dans la chambre que j'avais réservée et que je ne pouvais pas surclasser. Évidemment, quand j'y suis allé, il n'y avait pas la période de pointe, il ne voulait tout simplement pas être surclassé...

「Excellent location - it’s just opposite to the central station and 5min walk to Eurostar station. The room is very clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable. There are lots restaurants, shops and supermarket within walking distance. I will definitely come back! 」

It is perfectly situated for access to the Grand Place, and the Christmas Market in Place Rihour which was the main purpose of our visit. Only a 5 minute walk to Lille Flandres station and 10 minutes to Lille Europe is also very useful.」
