「Fantastic historic place. Comfy bed, lovely clawfoot bath, cheerful kind owner. Nothing super fancy, just a sweet place to stay for a good price with beautiful view of the river in charming town」

「The carpet less room was clean. Bed comfortable. Amenities were basic but useful. Breakfast was okay...waffles, eggs, yogurt, muffins, assorted breads, breakfast drinks. Staff member "CC" was very helpful. The price was right too.」

「Entire complex is outdated and smells like cigarettes. Tub and sink needed a good scrubbing, shampoo and body wash containers were empty. Rooms are not cleaned and refreshed until checkout, had to ask for clean towels and coffee refills at the desk. Peeling wallpaper in bathroom, stains on the ceiling. Unless your are in town for the casino, would not recommend.」

「What a pleasant surprise. I booked this hotel without much planning and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were warm, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel’s interior is stunning, and the rooms blend modern updates with the timeless character of the historic property exceptionally well.」

「Breakfast food was not good: poor choice, stale food. Hotel and room had a horrible smell. Room was not very clean. Elevators didn’t work. I left after the first night. Smell was nauseating. I do not recommend.」

「Belterra Casino and Resort was a great place to stop while traveling. The room price is reasonable plus there's entertainment if you like to gamble. The only issue was the pool was not open. After traveling all day it's nice to relax by the pool and unwind in a hot tub.」

「Avoid this place a all costs. The lobby is clean enough but you have to speak to someone on a screen in another country on something that resembles an ATM to check in which is a bit annoying but it was the least of our worries. The rooms smelled like a basement that had been flooded and left to dry, the smell of mildew was so bad in the bedrooms, and I mean multiple room, there was an elderly couple that had checked in ahead of us and literally turned around after they went to their room and...
