「It is a beautiful hotel, noted both couples as well as families having fun. But what I really appreciated the most was the staff. Every interaction was positive, they all were helpful and friendly. The first thing as soon as I walked to get registered, I noted their smiles. They are Pet friendly too… It was a wonderful experience…」

「When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to...
