「Leckeres Frühstück, tolle Anlage und saubere Zimmer. Das Klappsofa für die Kinder hat bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht und war für sie unbequem, weil es nur eine sehr dünne Matratze hatte. Der Strand ist super. Um das Hotel herum ist jedoch wenig los, also zu Fuß kann man nicht viel machen.」

「Zimmer war sauber, modern und sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet. Entspricht den 4 ☆ absolut. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und mega freundlich. Frühstück war gut und absolut ausreichend. Leider etwas weiter vom Meer entfernt, aber dafür genug Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe.」

「Wir sind sofort nach dem einchecken wieder abgereist, weil alles ganz gruselig war. Große Flecken auf dem Teppich an den Gardinen. Die Möbel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Geruch in dem Zimmer etwas ekelig. Diese Unterkunft würde ich für den Preis nie weiterempfehlen.」

「Great hotel in the centre, staff a very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well decorated. Hotel is very beautiful inside and out. Good facilities with a modest gym, good sauna and steam room. Piano player at breakfast is a nice touch, creates a lovely atmosphere.」

「Blood stained sheets upon lifting pillow. Other unknown stains on sheets and mattress cover of both beds. Bunk bed combo double bed on bottom. Long hairs on bathroom sink. Long hair on entryway side table. Several hairs( possibly pubic) you decide with pictures. Dirty Baseboards and dust bunnies in common areas. We covered pillows with towel and used hiking blanket for comfort. I contacted host with our concerns he advised us to change sheets ourselves, wait 3-4 hours for cleaning staff or...

「We really enjoyed our stay at the Flag Design Hotel in Viana. The staff is super friendly and the hotel very comfortable. Perfectly located at the center of the city, clean and convenient. We appreciated we could watch the FIFA World Cup games from the room or cafeteria and loved the library and conference rooms as we needed to do some work/study. 100% recommended! Very grateful with the staff!」
