「My room was too noisy to sleep」

「I booked well in advance and was able to get a twin room with balcony for single use at a very good price. The view from the balcony was NOT picturesque, however it faced a side street it was very quiet.  I understand that rooms without balconies face the main road and traffic noise can be a concern.   There was no balcony furniture, so I couldn’t really sit out there unless I pulled the sizeable desk chair out.  The room was a good size and didn’t feel claustrophobic at all.  The bathroom was...

「Das Positive zuerst: Sehr gute Lage, wirklich freundliche und sehr (!) hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, sauber Zimmer. Vermutlich bin ich aufgrund der Bilder auf der Webseite und der vier Sterne von zu hohen Erwartungen ausgegangen. Über den Pool auf dem Dach freuen sich lediglich die Tauben.
