"We were fortunate enough to spend a week at Tivoli Estela Golf Lodges with our two young children, and were completely blown away by the exceptional service and overall quality of the facilities. We chose this resort for its outdoor layout, which perfectly accommodates families. The outdoor heated pool, playground, paddle courts, spa, and direct access to a beautiful beach were highlights that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Our lodge was tastefully designed and functional for a family of four. However, for families with older children, the family cabin with separate sleeping quarters would probably be more suitable. The cabins were cleaned daily, and we appreciated the flexible cleaning option, which was either a full clean or just rubbish removal and towel replacement. In exchange for opting out of full cleaning, they left us drinks vouchers, which was a nice touch. Plus, we found a little chocolate on our beds each evening, which was a lovely addition. Although the official children’s club hadn’t opened yet, the resort arranged external entertainment daily from 4pm to 6pm which the kids absolutely loved. Highlights included a bouncy castle water slide, cookie decorating, and a fun bubble/foam party. Overall, we had a fantastic time and couldn’t fault a single thing. However, what truly stood out to us, was the incredible staff and their customer service. We were always greeted with friendly smiles, and no request was too much trouble."
