"Disappointed with our stay. We booked here specifically for the pool and shuttle to Mohegan, but the pool was out of service with no notice and the shuttle was late picking us up. When the main amenities you advertise aren’t available or reliable, it feels misleading. Would have chosen a different hotel if we knew."

"Not worth the money "

"I was very surprised at the upkeep off the property and room, it was poor condition. Furniture of the room was not appealing at all, heavily damaged tables, the condition of the bathroom tub was horrible and looked dirty, I barely wanted to shower. There was hair that did not even belong to me on the floor when we got into our room on the bathroom floor, very discouraging to make myself comfortable in the room. I was very upset and disappointed as this was suppose to be a Hyatt hotel. I was shocked at the condition of the rooms. "

"We recently stayed here and came away feeling that it was a bit overpriced for what you get. I understand that the location, especially being close to the casino, likely drives up the rates, but it still didn’t feel like a great value overall. The biggest issue for us was the noise. For some reason, the TVs are left on in vacant rooms, which is something I’ve never experienced before. At night, when everything else is quiet and you’re trying to fall asleep, you can hear TVs playing in the surrounding rooms. It was constant background noise and made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The stay wasn’t terrible, but between the cost and the noise, I’m not sure we would choose to stay here again."

"Not near what I was expecting. Booked it for our 22 wedding anniversary. Walked into room with a couple dead bugs on the floor , stain on the sheets . Dirty windowsills and a bed that was sunken down in middle it was 3 am so I just went to bed . The next day I went to front desk she kindly switched us to the room Nextdoor. It was a bit better the tv worked the other room it didn’t. Seems a bit more clean and the microwave now worked also . Jetting tub was nice to relax. Not saying it was the worst in the world but it would definitely use some upgrades and some work on the grounds itself outside for sure . Don’t think we will go back you can simply find better for the amount they charge for a night . "
