Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service and Unsatisfactory Stay
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally complain about the profoundly unsatisfactory experience I had with your customer service and during my recent stay at your hotel.
My issues are twofold:
1. Unprofessional and Rude Customer Service:
I contacted your customer service to resolve a billing discrepancy, as I was charged twice for a single trip. My interaction with a representative who identified herself as a manager was unacceptable.
· On my first call, she dismissed my concern, stating the system was updating and she could not help. She promised to call back within an hour but did not.
· When I called back two hours later, she claimed she was "just about to call" but now could not assist because my call had somehow disrupted her process and she could not locate my transaction.
· She then demanded I email her details instead of resolving the issue on the phone.
· When I requested to speak with a manager, she stated she was the manager. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction with her service, she arrogantly claimed she was "providing the most excellent service" I could get.
· She ultimately dismissed me by saying she would call back in two days, which is an unreasonable delay for a billing issue.
This behavior was evasive, unhelpful, and remarkably rude from someone in a managerial position.
